Street Assist Donation

Posted on Posted in Door Staff

AVT Security recently donated some branded uniform to Street Assist to help them make their staff more identifiable in their weekend operations throughout the city.

Neil Logan, the founding director of Street Assist, said,
“Street Assist were delighted to receive support from AVT Security recently with their very generous donation of 60 branded polo shirts for our volunteers to wear.

It makes such a huge difference having a standard uniform as people can instantly recognise us and the work we do supporting the night time economy of Edinburgh, the Citizens of Edinburgh and our Emergency Services.

We have enjoyed a great relationship with AVT for nearly a year where they have supported our fundraising events and now this amazing donation. We work very closely with AVT Door Staff every weekend around the City where we have built mutual trust and respect and we hope this relationship continues to grow in the future.”

Street Assist were granted official charity status this year, allowing them access to more funding. If you would like to donate or volunteer for them, details can be found here.
